Jennifer Sharp, CEO & Founder
Jennifer is CEO and Founder of Light Factory, which is putting power in the hands of users to personalize high quality video content online.  Light Factory syndicates its content to market-leading sites and operates its own consumer social expression site
www.hdgreetings.com.  Jennifer came to Light Factory in 2007 after having spent 10 years at consumer technology companies, including Amazon.com, Junglee and Netscape where she led efforts in business development and product marketing. At Amazon.com, she launched and managed new product categories for the company.  In her earlier career, she was with Merrill Lynch Investment Banking and PepsiCo Strategic Planning.  She has an MBA from Stanford Business School. Given her experience with mass consumer audiences online, Jennifer was struck by the possibilities for Light Factory technology and wants to bring it to as many consumers as possible.  She is also passionate about building the HDgreetings Animator Community, which empowers animators to develop and monetize their independent creative projects.

Lee Whitney, CTO & Founder
Lee developed Light Factory's technology platform which gives users the ability to customize the highest quality video in seconds and send it to any connected device.  He began work on the technology in late 2006, with the goal of bringing a cinematic experience to the Internet in a way that gives the power of customization to the consumer.  Lee was most recently founder and CTO of Trevoli, Ltd, an OEM of digital imaging product and services for over 150 companies which was sold to Lucidiom Inc.  He spent six years at Microsoft where led Product Development for advanced digital media applications, including Microsoft's market leading 3D animation products.  He helped animators use this software to create stunning visual effects in movies such as Twister.  He was also Principal Consultant for the services division where he architected large scale Internet systems for a variety of Microsoft's Fortune 500 customers. 

Perry Wu, Board Member & Co-Founder; CEO of BitGravity
Perry is CEO and Founder of BitGravity,
the first CDN built for Interactive Broadcasting.  Perry has relationships with leading media companies who offer vast video libraries to their consumers.  Prior to BitGravity, he was involved in the creation of Xilinx, Mpath, eWorld, Sitesmith and Alibris as an investment professional at Accel Partners, Bedrock Capital, and most recently as a General Partner at ComVentures. Perry is a graduate of Stanford University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
